INDIAN CIVIL SERVICE APPLICATION

The Indian Civil Service has been established through the Indian Civil Services Act, 2024 proposed by then Prime Minister & Member of Jana Sabha, Hon. Akhand Bharatam which passed in the Jana Sabha on 23rd January 2024 under the chairmanship of Jana Sabha Chairman, Indian Republican. This is the application to join the service if you are a registered citizen within the Government of India.

Offices: 
(1) The External Affairs office is headed by the Minister of External Affairs and a maximum of two Deputy Ministers appointed by them from the lot that has applied for the office. They are responsible for the Public Relations Department of the region, the appointment of Diplomats to those regions that have relations with India in the form of embassies or, consulates or, treaties or other methods of relations, accepting Consulate-Embassy requests, Opening new embassies/consulates and maintaining a proper image of the region on the interregional stage.

(2) The Defense Ministry is headed by the Minister of Defense and a maximum of two Deputy Ministers of Defense appointed by them from the lot that has applied for the office. The Defense Ministry's Executive Office Applications are separate from the rest of the executive office applications and are instead titled as Application for the Indian Armed Forces.

(3) The Home Affairs or Internal Affairs Ministry is headed by the Minister of Home Affairs and a maximum of two Deputy Ministers of Home Affairs appointed by them from the lot that has applied for the office. Their responsibilities include: 

a) The Citizenship Department which consists of the Minister and the Deputies who accept and maintain the citizenship applications and the citizenship index;

b) The World Assembly Affairs Department which is headed by the Prime Minister and the Internal Affairs Minister and a maximum of two Deputy Ministers of WA Affairs appointed by them from the lot that has applied for the office;

Provided that WA Affairs is responsible for the working and maintenance of the region's WA Program, publishing of the Recommendation Dispatches, supervising the endorsement limits, and the working of the WA Writers Bloc;

c) The Department of Communication, Recruitment & Integration Affairs is led by the Minister of Internal or Home Affairs along with a Deputy Minister of Communication who is selected from the lot that has applied;

Provided that they are responsible for helping out new nations registering for mentorship, publishing the regional publications and media-related activities, promotion of activities in the RMB and manual recruitment;

d) The Department of Cultural Affairs is headed by the Minister of Internal or Home Affairs and a maximum of two Deputy Ministers of Cultural Affairs appointed by them from the lot that has applied for an executive office;

Provided that the Department is in charge of maintaining RPC (Roleplay Council), conducting roleplays, managing the map, and conducting cultural events in and out of the region in cooperation with the Ministry of External or Foreign Affairs.

First of all user, Welcome to the forums of the regions of India and Mandala. This is the thread for you to apply for diplomat role and is possible only when you are part of a consulate or embassy region.

Requirements

To be granted access to the diplomats group, you must meet the following requirements:
  • You must have a nation in the target region which has either an embassy or consulate with India.
  • You must be sent as an official envoy from either of your legitimate government officials.
  • You should not be banned / blacklisted by the government of India.
This thread also serves as the diplomat application thread for Mandala.

The Indian Armed Forces [IAF] is the region's supreme military. It considers itself to be an independent militant organization which raids, defends and liberates occasionally. The IAF is headed by the Minister of Defense and Field Marshal (if existing) and they accept the applicants to the armed forces.       The Indian Armed Forces have a system of promotion and rankings. Every soldier of the armed forces with their primary operation gets inducted to the ranking system as Officer Cadet and gets promoted under the discretion of the Founder/ Minister of Defense / Field Marshal.

     As per the current rankings, Major is the largest attained rank in the military's history. The Majors of IAF currently are Indiana Republican, Indusse and Tamil Nayaks. Madhyarashtra is the only captain as of now.

First of all user, Welcome to the region of India! India is a center aligned, defending region who hopes to be an upcoming superpower in the nationstates gameplay community. India is also one of the largest Indie Sporting regions (Indie: Regions other than the 4 big ones) and a region with an active Card Trading and World Assembly population. A lot of activity happens in the Regional Message Board and the discord server where you can get invited to various role-playing communities run by our members. If you plan to get started in the region of India, you should first apply for citizenship in the forums. We also say that you join the World Assembly and endorse our President. If you want to apply for citizenship then, follow the instructions in this thread. The Cabinet members or the members of the Citizenship Committee will review your application and give you citizenship.
  • What are the uses of being a citizen?
            If you get to be a citizen then you can vote in elections, take part in Military and Intelligence Operations, take part in the regional roleplay, be a government official and many more. There exists three types of nations in the region, we suggest that you either be in the Citizen or Resident Category. The citizen category is where you receive all the features.
  • Types of Nations that exists in the region:
    • Citizens:
                            These Nations have the right to vote, stand for elections, participate in military and intelligence operations and roleplay. The most benefited category.
    • Residents:
                            Members of WA, can vote in WAD elections only. Can't participate in the roleplay. Suggested that they fill the citizenship application.
    • No Category
                            Just talk something out there, almost 0% benefits.

Requirements:
You must meet the following requirement in order to apply for citizenship-
  • You must have a nation in India;
  • You must not have more than one account on this forum (Administrators may grant exemptions for special cases);
  • You must not pose a threat to regional security; as determined by the Cabinet Committee on Security.

PLEASE NOTE: If your nation moves to another region and you bring in a new one then inform the Ministry of Home Affairs. So, you don't lose your citizenship. Inform before you move. So that the citizenship transfer happens successfully. If your nation ceases to exist then when you return, you will have to refill the application. The permanent citizens are only exempt from this.
