The United States Cooperative Formation Act

We the Signatories of this act, the governments of:
    i.  United States of Arkyros
    ii. United Midwestern States
    iii. Tamil Republic of West Coast
    iv. Republic of Marvellia

Hereby declare that with the adoption of this declaration signed on 10th of July in the Capitol Hills, forming the supranational political and economic union "United States" on the basis of the social and cultural similarities shared between our communities.

Being the member of this union, the United States (or the US) will exercise and stand for:
   1. Promotion of Peace and Harmony between our communities.
   2. Promotion of Common Identity, History and Values excersized by the people of the United States.
   3. Promotion of the social principles of Liberty, Equality and Fraternity in the states.
   4. Promotion of Social and Economical Development.
   5. Establishment of an internal market to achieve the strengthening and the combining of the economies and to establish an economic and monetary union with the United States Dollars as its common mode of exchange.
   6. Establishment of a common security policy and cooperation between the state militaries to ensure the safety of the citizens and interests of the United States.
   7. Establishment of a common forum consisting of the state leaders for discussion and implementation of new set of rules that gets added to the declaration as amendments.
