The Indian Civil Service has been established through the Indian Civil Services Act, 2024 proposed by then Prime Minister & Member of Jana Sabha, Hon. Akhand Bharatam which passed in the Jana Sabha on 23rd January 2024 under the chairmanship of Jana Sabha Chairman, Indian Republican. This is the application to join the service if you are a registered citizen within the Government of India.

Offices: 
(1) The External Affairs office is headed by the Minister of External Affairs and a maximum of two Deputy Ministers appointed by them from the lot that has applied for the office. They are responsible for the Public Relations Department of the region, the appointment of Diplomats to those regions that have relations with India in the form of embassies or, consulates or, treaties or other methods of relations, accepting Consulate-Embassy requests, Opening new embassies/consulates and maintaining a proper image of the region on the interregional stage.

(2) The Defense Ministry is headed by the Minister of Defense and a maximum of two Deputy Ministers of Defense appointed by them from the lot that has applied for the office. The Defense Ministry's Executive Office Applications are separate from the rest of the executive office applications and are instead titled as Application for the Indian Armed Forces.

(3) The Home Affairs or Internal Affairs Ministry is headed by the Minister of Home Affairs and a maximum of two Deputy Ministers of Home Affairs appointed by them from the lot that has applied for the office. Their responsibilities include: 

a) The Citizenship Department which consists of the Minister and the Deputies who accept and maintain the citizenship applications and the citizenship index;

b) The World Assembly Affairs Department which is headed by the Prime Minister and the Internal Affairs Minister and a maximum of two Deputy Ministers of WA Affairs appointed by them from the lot that has applied for the office;

Provided that WA Affairs is responsible for the working and maintenance of the region's WA Program, publishing of the Recommendation Dispatches, supervising the endorsement limits, and the working of the WA Writers Bloc;

c) The Department of Communication, Recruitment & Integration Affairs is led by the Minister of Internal or Home Affairs along with a Deputy Minister of Communication who is selected from the lot that has applied;

Provided that they are responsible for helping out new nations registering for mentorship, publishing the regional publications and media-related activities, promotion of activities in the RMB and manual recruitment;

d) The Department of Cultural Affairs is headed by the Minister of Internal or Home Affairs and a maximum of two Deputy Ministers of Cultural Affairs appointed by them from the lot that has applied for an executive office;

Provided that the Department is in charge of maintaining RPC (Roleplay Council), conducting roleplays, managing the map, and conducting cultural events in and out of the region in cooperation with the Ministry of External or Foreign Affairs.
