Please Note: You must request a consulate before requesting an in-game embassy.

A region wishing to construct and maintain an in-game regional embassy must meet the following criteria as decided by the government of India. Any region, at any point in time that breaks this policy, will willingly forfeit their embassy with India. Any and all exceptions to these guidelines shall be made by the government.
Have an active population of at least 25 active nations, also 20% of the total population must have a WA tag.

Exemptions may be made for interregional alliance headquarter regions, Treatise Partners, GCRs, Allied Military Bases.

[b]Must not have the following regional tags:[/b]

• Invader
  
• Fascist
  
• Anti-World Assembly
  
• Anti-General Assembly
  
• Anti-Security Council
  

Must not support, in any way, the practice of raiding (Exception: AntiFa Raids) or Fascism.
They May not have embassies with known raider regions.
They Must not be condemned by the Security Council of the World Assembly
They Must not be an "Embassy Collector" (Exception: The Embassy). Embassy Collector is defined as "a region with a policy of obtaining as many embassies as possible."
Exemptions shall be made for regions that were liberated 5 months prior and show stabilization enough for democratic governance to return.
Must condemn hatred of any kind, including discrimination, fascism, racism. Discrimination is defined as “the unjust or prejudicial treatment of different categories of people or things, especially on the grounds of race, age, or sex.”
Must not be a declared threat nor an adversary to the region and its democratic system of governance by the government of India
The generous application of “enemy” shall be interpreted by the government.
Must continuously promote a foreign policy and maintain foreign relations with the region.

If you fulfil the above conditions then you may request the construction of Consulates and after 46 days you can apply for an in-game Embassy.
