The First General Elections after the passage of the new constitution will start now. The Elections process would commence from
February 6th 2024 to February 12th 2024.
The Election Process will consist of three phases. Which are Nomination, Campaigning and Voting Phase. The Dates for the phases are as follows:
Feb 6 - 9 : Nomination and Campaign
Feb 9 - 12 : Voting
The Election is for a vacant seat in the Jana Sabha after Vincenzonia was disqualified since they lost their citizenship and their nation.
2. Eligiblity for Jana Sabha Member:

Article VI: The Legislature, talks about the Parliament (The Jana Sabha)
Nominations for Jana Sabha Members:
I'd like to nominate myself (Purvanchal) for the vacant seat in the Jana Sabha.
I'd like to nominate myself (Pallapati) for the vacant seat of the Jana Sabha

I'm nominating for the upcoming elections. Thank you. (Posting is because it's today when nomination starts. I personally request CEC to not consider those who have nominated on 5 February and forgot it at 6th February)
We will be considering them all only when a campaign is posted
